Kendra Keith
ADMINISTRATIVE OUTREACH MANAGER
Kendra manages our volunteers, interns, and partnerships with other organizations. Having more than 28 years of experience serving people from diverse backgrounds allows her to build strong relationships with clients; and makes her highly skilled in reaching people where they are to help them reach their full potential. Kendra aids clients in identifying goals which are meaningful to them, supporting their personal goals and empowering them with the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to be successful. Her passion for coaching others led her to start her own non-profit, Changing Mindsets. She has degrees in criminal justice, human services, and social work and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in social work.

Taiwo Fasae
SOFTWARE/IT MANAGER
Taiwo oversees our software systems and leads our digital literacy program. With ten years of experience in software development and data engineering, he manages the software platforms and technical support services that help us engage and assist our clients. He also delivers the self-paced digital literacy training to clients including essential skills in internet use, résumé design, and personal digital branding. Taiwo holds both a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in computer engineering from Marquette University.

Jaiden Stiefel-Milburn
CLIENT SUPPORT MANAGER
Jaiden Stiefel-Milburn, BSW, is a Client Support Specialist. She began her work with the organization as an intern while completing her Bachelor of Social Work and transitioned into her current role after graduation.
In her position, Jaiden provides case management and client-centered support to individuals navigating the reentry process, working closely with participants to develop service plans, connect them to essential community resources, and promote long-term stability. Her approach is grounded in empathy, advocacy, and a strong commitment to empowering individuals as they work toward their goals.
Jaiden will begin pursuing her Master of Social Work in August, continuing her dedication to professional growth and meaningful community impact.

Brian Githehu
SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Brian, based in Nairobi, manages social media and communications. Despite the distance, he profoundly impacts our community. His efforts aid in reaching returning citizens with dignity and compassion. Passionate about serving, Brian values family time and gaming. Culinary adventures also intrigue him during leisure moments. An avid sports enthusiast, he supports Arsenal FC and FC Barcelona. Additionally, he cheers for The Golden State Warriors and The New York Yankees. Notably, Brian is a devoted fan of Lionel Messi. His dedication to community engagement is admirable. Brian's multifaceted interests enrich our team dynamic.

Devin Landry
CREW LEADER AND ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Devin, our Chesapeake Conservation and Climate Corps Member, holds an Associate Degree in Environmental Science with a passion for urban forestry and natural resource planning. He has led Maryland Reentry Resource Center’s Chesapeake Bay Restoration Workforce Initiative, teaching conservation landscaping. Devin collaborates with Anne Arundel County Watershed Stewards and the Maryland DNR on invasive species removal, native plantings, and stormwater restoration. His current projects include developing a hiking program for returning citizens, assisting the Annapolis Conservancy Board in conservation easement monitoring, and identifying tree-planting opportunities in underserved communities facing environmental challenges.

David Ball
PEER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
David Ball is a dedicated professional with experience supporting clients through effective communication, problem-solving, and service-focused work. He is known for his reliability, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and care.
David brings a strong commitment to helping others, maintaining high standards, and contributing positively to the organization’s mission. His approach combines practical knowledge with a people-first mindset, making him a valued and trusted member of the team.

Rameses Bright
COMPUTER LAB ASSISTANT
Rameses Bright is a dedicated Computer Lab Assistant committed to helping clients put their best foot forward in today’s competitive job market. Through personalized one-on-one support, he works closely with individuals to build and refine professional resumes, strengthen essential computer and digital literacy skills, and confidently communicate their experience, strengths, and career goals.
Passionate about empowering others, Rameses creates a supportive and encouraging environment where clients can grow both personally and professionally. He takes pride in helping individuals gain the tools, confidence, and preparedness needed to pursue meaningful employment opportunities and take the next step toward a brighter future.
Vanessa Bright is a mom, educator, leader, author, and entrepreneur. In 2019, Vanessa started Maryland Reentry Resource Center with a desire to use her experience, resources, and expertise to empower formerly incarcerated individuals to become thriving and productive citizens in the communities to which they return. Her inspiration is focused on upholding human dignity and creating opportunities that help individuals and organizations remove the social and financial barriers to success. Vanessa is the author of two books, Dollars and Cents for Parents and Children and Create Your Life Plan Now: Your Roadmap to Reentry. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Georgia, an MBA from Howard University, and a Master of Social Work from Catholic University. She is also a Licensed Master Social Worker.
